Paloz Soup with Lamb and Bacon
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Lamb 20 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Bacon 0 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the lamb and bacon into pieces and sauté with garlic.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and add it to the meat. Season with salt and pepper and simmer for 1 hour, adding a little water if necessary.
Step 3
Pour boiling broth over the onion-meat mixture.
Step 4
Dice the potatoes and cut the beans into small pieces, then add them to the soup. Cook until done.
Step 5
Finish the soup with sour cream mixed with flour and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
