Description

Ingredients
- Whole egg 4 pieces
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Apple 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. Pour the yolks and all the sugar into a bowl, and whisk until frothy. Gradually add the flour while whisking.
Step 2
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and arrange the peeled and sliced apples on top. Place in the oven at 180–390°F. Bake for 30–35 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden stick.
