Ingredients

  • Pizza Flour 10 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Sparkling water 15 fl oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Condensed Milk 1 can
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Oreo Cookies 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the batter as you would for crepes and cook as many as you need for the height of your future cake. P.S. For the batter, you will need 2 whole eggs and 2 yolks left over from the cream.

Step 2

Prepare the cream. For this, whip 2 egg whites in a bowl and add the cooked condensed milk, mixing thoroughly. You don't have to add the entire can at once. In the future, when spreading the layers, you can alternate between plain condensed milk and the one with egg whites.

Step 3

Next, take each crepe and spread it with our cream, and continue until all the crepes are used up.

Step 4

For the top layers, spread a thicker layer and you can decorate our cake with pieces and crumbs of Oreo cookies.

Step 5

It is advisable to let the cake sit for about 12 hours. This will make it much tastier and easier to eat.
