- Lemon ½ piece
- Oranges 2 pieces
- Water 0 qt
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the oranges and lemon, and divide them into segments. Grate the zest of the lemon and orange using a fine grater until you have 1 tablespoon. In a large container, place the lemon and orange segments and lightly mash them with a fork. Pour in the water, add the sugar, and mix well with a whisk.
Step 2
Pour into glasses, adding a little zest to each and placing a cube of ice in each glass. Drink through a straw.
