Orange Sorbet
Ingredients
- Oranges 8 pieces
- Orange Blossom Water 1 tablespoon
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice 6 oranges by cutting them in half.
Step 2
Remove the pulp from four halves and set them aside — they will be used as serving bowls.
Step 3
Peel and slice the remaining 2 oranges for decoration.
Step 4
Dissolve the powdered sugar in 50 ml of boiling water. Add the sugar syrup and orange blossom water to the orange juice. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and chill, then after 3 hours, transfer it to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Then return it to the refrigerator for another hour.
Step 5
Before serving, place the sorbet in the orange peel bowls.
