  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Brown Sugar 0 oz
  • Baking Powder 1½ spoons
  • Oranges 1 piece
  • Philadelphia Cheese 5 oz
  • Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the chocolate with a knife. Zest the orange and squeeze out the juice (you should get about 100 ml).

Step 2

Sift the flour and baking powder, then add the sugar.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the orange juice and zest with the cream cheese, then add the eggs. Gradually incorporate the flour mixture and beat well with a mixer.

Step 4

Gently fold in the chocolate chips, then divide the batter among 12 muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full.

Step 5

Bake for 30 minutes at 355°F.
