Ingredients

- Gelatin 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 10 oz
- Orange Candies 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the egg yolks with sugar until frothy. Add rum, orange juice, and lemon zest, continuing to stir.
Step 2
Add the gelatin that has been soaked in cold water. Dissolve the gelatin over a water bath. Cool and fold in the whipped sour cream.
Step 3
Fill the cups with the cream and place in the refrigerator until set. Garnish with whipped cream to taste.
