- Oranges 1 piece

- Sugar 1½ glasses

Pour the batter into a baking dish (preferably round) greased with vegetable oil. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at a temperature of 355°F. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden skewer.
Step 2
Once the pie has cooled, it should be dusted with powdered sugar or covered with icing. To make the icing, mix one tablespoon of orange juice with half a cup of powdered sugar. The pie can be decorated with candied orange peel.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with sugar. Zest one orange, grate it finely, and mix it with the other ingredients. Then combine everything with the whipped egg whites.
