Orange Dessert Cheese with Raspberry-Strawberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1% Kefir 0.3 cups
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Orange zest 1 teaspoon
- Neuchâtel cheese 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt ¾ cup
- Strawberry 5 oz
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Grand Marnier Liqueur 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut 6 rectangles of cheesecloth measuring 15x20 cm. Soak them in cold water and wring them out. Line 6 heart-shaped molds with the cheesecloth.
Step 2
In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, zest, and sugar, reserving 2 tablespoons, until smooth. Then add the Neuchâtel cheese and blend again. Add the yogurt, mix, and pour into the molds. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 8 hours.
Step 3
In a blender, combine the berries, remaining sugar, and liqueur and puree. Strain the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds.
Step 4
Invert the desserts onto serving plates and remove the cheesecloth. Drizzle with the sauce on top.
