Orange Cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
- Egg white 2 pieces
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Melted Cheese 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Orange zest 1 piece
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Chocolate 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 5 oz
- Cocoa Powder 2 tablespoons
- Cream 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, add melted butter, and beat thoroughly again.
Step 2
Mix the flour with baking powder and sift it into the mixture.
Step 3
Squeeze the orange juice and add it to the batter.
Step 4
Fill the cupcake molds 2/3 full and place them in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for 15–20 minutes. Then let cool.
Step 5
Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with cocoa powder, add milk, softened butter, and vanilla (if desired), place on a heated stove and add chocolate. Heat on low until warm, wait until it cools slightly, and gradually start covering the cupcakes.
Step 6
Decorate the glazed cupcakes with sprinkles or shredded coconut.
