Ingredients
- Coarsely Ground Rye Flour 5 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Fructose 0 oz
- Butter 15 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Orange Syrup 5 oz
- Orange bitters 5 fl oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Walnuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
To prepare the dough, sift the coarse flour onto a board, mix it with fructose and oat flakes, and make a well in the center. Place the eggs in the well and arrange the chilled, diced butter (250 grams) around the edges. Chop everything with a wide knife, then quickly knead by hand until homogeneous. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Roll out the dough on a floured board into a rectangular sheet and place it on a greased baking tray.
Step 3
Heat the orange jam with half of the liqueur over low heat, stirring constantly, and spread it over the dough.
Step 4
While stirring constantly, heat the butter, cream, and the remaining liqueur in a saucepan, and continue stirring as you add the walnuts to this mixture. Immediately spread it evenly over the jam.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes. After cooling, cut the baked layer into squares with a side of 5 cm, then cut each square diagonally to form triangles. Dip the pointed ends of these triangles in melted chocolate.
