Orange-Blueberry Soufflé

Ingredients

  • Oranges 4 pieces
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Egg white 3 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Fresh Mint 1 stem
  • Fresh Berries 10 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Thoroughly wash the oranges and squeeze the juice from one completely.

Step 2

Cut the tops off the others, carefully remove all the pulp, squeeze the juice from the pulp, and combine it with the first.

Step 3

Melt the butter, add the flour, and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Remove from heat, add the juice and sugar, return to heat, and cook while stirring until all lumps dissolve and it thickens completely.

Step 5

Whip the egg whites with a blender until thick and fluffy, add the blueberries, and fold the mixture into the orange mixture.

Step 6

Fill the empty orange halves with the resulting mixture and wrap them in foil.

Step 7

Place in a steamer and cook for 20–25 minutes.

Step 8

Remove the finished dish, unwrap the foil, place on dessert plates, garnish with blueberries and a sprig of mint, and serve with a good mood :)
