Ingredients
- Whole egg 9 pieces
- Egg white 9 pieces
- Sugar 18 tablespoons
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 35 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Separate 9 eggs into whites and yolks, add sugar to the yolks and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the juice from one orange.
Step 2
Mix the egg whites with 400 ml of milk and whip. Add melted butter. Stir.
Step 3
Combine the previous two steps. Stir while adding flour until a homogeneous consistency is achieved. Add raisins to taste.
Step 4
Grease a baking tray with sunflower or butter, preheat the oven to 355°F. Pour the batter onto the tray and bake until done.
