- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour, add baking powder, sugar, and shredded coconut. Crush the almonds into crumbs.
Step 2
Lightly beat the eggs, add oil and juice. Combine the mixtures.
Step 3
Grate the lemon zest and add it to the batter.
Step 4
Bake for about 45 minutes at 355°F.
