  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Chicken Eggs 2 pieces
  • Sour cream 20% 2 tablespoons
  • Tomatoes 4 pieces
  • Olives to taste
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz
  • Herbs 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the butter into cubes, sprinkle with flour, and rub together thoroughly. Add salt to the resulting dough, then add 5-6 tablespoons of water, knead again, and refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the tomatoes (if desired). Cut into cubes. Halve the olives.

Step 3

Beat the eggs with the sour cream, adding salt. Chop the herbs and add to the mixture.

Step 4

Slice the cheese into thin square pieces.

Step 5

Grease a baking tray (or dish) with butter, spread the dough, then add the tomatoes and olives. Carefully cover everything with the sliced cheese. Pour the egg, sour cream, and herb mixture over it all.

Step 6

Bake at 390°F for 30-35 minutes.
