Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin strips and sauté on low heat for 40 minutes in vegetable oil with the addition of butter and sugar.
Step 2
Then pour in the wine and reduce, add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and sautéed flour, stirring thoroughly. Cook until ready for about 30-40 minutes on low heat, then add finely chopped garlic and let it steep.
Step 3
Sauté the duck fillet in vegetable oil, then finish cooking in the oven. Cut the white baguette, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake until golden brown.
Step 4
Heat the soup with the addition of duck fillet, season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour the soup into a bowl, top with cheese croutons, and garnish with mini spinach.
