  • Clam juice 20 pieces
  • Dark red seaweed 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the clams in salted water and leave overnight.

Step 2

Soak the dried seaweed in cold water and bring to a boil. Add the clams to the broth and cook until the shells open. Then remove the clams and clean them from the shells.

Step 3

Strain the broth, bring it back to a boil, and add the chopped green onion and salt.

Step 4

Add the clams to the soup and drizzle with lemon juice.
