Ingredients
- White bread 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Chicken Broth ½ l
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Onion 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the bread pieces until they are crispy.
Step 2
Slice the onion into rings and sauté it in a saucepan or pot. Add finely chopped garlic and flour to the same pan. Cook for a few minutes until golden brown. Pour in the broth.
Step 3
Cook for about 10 minutes, then add the chopped cheese. Do not turn off the heat until it has melted.
Step 4
Add croutons to the finished soup or serve them separately.
