Ingredients
- Water 0 fl oz
- Onion 2 heads
- Celery stalk 0 oz
- Potato 2 pieces
- Sliced Processed Cheese 2 pieces
- Mixed Ground Peppers 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and chop the onion randomly, add to boiling water and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Peel and chop the potatoes, chop the celery stalks (reserve some greens for garnish), and add to the onion. Season with salt and add the mixed peppers.
Step 3
Cut the processed cheese into small cubes and add to the soup. Blend everything, bring to a boil, and remove from heat.
Step 4
Serve with chopped celery greens.
