Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry and lay it in the baking dish. Place in the oven preheated to 355°F for 7 minutes.

Slice the onions into half-rings and sauté until golden brown.

Step 3

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks and mix with the onions. Whisk the egg whites with sugar and salt until fluffy. Then add 2 tablespoons of sour cream to the mixture and stir.
