Onion-Garlic Keto Bread
Ingredients
- Flaxseeds 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 5 fl oz
- Baking Powder 1½ teaspoons
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Toasted Sesame 1 teaspoon
- Flaxseeds ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, combine the flour and oil.
Step 2
Add the eggs and baking powder.
Step 3
Add the black pepper and salt.
Step 4
Knead the dough vigorously with wet hands.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion.
Step 6
Add the onion to the dough, and press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 7
Mix again and shape into a loaf on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Step 8
Sprinkle with sesame and flax seeds.
Step 9
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 10
After 35 minutes, the bread is ready!
