Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 15 oz
- Water 1 cup
- Salt ½ tablespoon
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Knead the dough from flour, salt, and water.
Step 2
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Chop the onion (not finely).
Step 4
Roll out the dough into one large sheet with a thickness of 3-4 mm.
Step 5
Spread the onion over the entire sheet.
Step 6
Roll it up into a log.
Step 7
Cut the resulting log into several pieces, 2-3 cm thick.
Step 8
Coat each piece in flour and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5 mm.
Step 9
Fry in a pan on both sides.
