  • Kefir 10 fl oz
  • Baking Soda a pinch
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Salt a pinch
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Herbs to taste
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour kefir into a bowl and add baking soda. Mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Add the egg, salt, pepper, and finely chopped onion. Mix well.

Step 3

Gradually add flour while stirring to avoid lumps.

Step 4

In a hot skillet, pour in a little oil, add the batter, and cook on low heat, flipping constantly until a golden crust forms and the aroma of onion is present.

Step 5

Garnish the finished flatbread with herbs (parsley, dill, wild garlic, basil, etc.) if desired.
