Ingredients
- New Potatoes 20 oz
- Cervelat Sausage 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sour Cream to taste
- Cucumbers 3 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Bread Kvass 0 qt
- Dill 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil until cooked. Let cool.
Step 2
Boil the eggs, cool them down, and peel.
Step 3
Dice the cucumbers, eggs, potatoes, and sausage. Finely chop the dill. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve in bowls.
Step 5
Pour cold kvass over the top and sprinkle with herbs. Serve chilled with sour cream.
