Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 0 oz
  • Radish 0 oz
  • Scallions 0 oz
  • Basil 0 oz
  • Matsoni 10 fl oz
  • Green Hot Adjika 0 oz
  • Quail Egg 2 pieces
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil or grill the chicken fillet.

Step 2

Cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Chop the vegetables.

Step 4

Finely chop the herbs.

Step 5

Boil quail eggs.

Step 6

Add 20 grams of cucumbers and 20 grams of adjika to the matsoni. Mix well.

Step 7

Arrange the remaining ingredients on plates, pour over the matsoni with cucumbers and adjika, and sprinkle with salt.

Step 8

Place half a quail egg in each plate.

Step 9

Sprinkle with chili pepper.

Step 10

If desired, add a drizzle of your favorite oil to the plate, such as grape seed oil or Kakhetian oil made from roasted seeds.
