Ingredients

  • Kefir 15 fl oz
  • Salad Potatoes 5 oz
  • Turnips 5 oz
  • Cucumber Brine 5 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes, boil them in their skins, cool, peel, and cut into small cubes.

Step 2

Wash the turnip, peel it, cut into thin strips, and boil in a small amount of water until soft.

Step 3

Cut the lightly salted cucumbers into small cubes.

Step 4

Place all the prepared ingredients in a large deep bowl and mix well. Pour the okroshka with chilled kefir diluted with 500 ml of boiled water. Add salt, crushed garlic, and chopped dill.
