Okroshka with Kohlrabi
Soups • Russian
Description
Okroshka is a seasonal summer dish with a vast number of variations. For example, with kohlrabi, it has a very delicate taste (you can even skip the radish). Instead of boiled sausage, you can add boiled chicken breast or beef, or even lightly salted fish. The dressing for okroshka is also a matter of debate. Kvass, kefir, mineral water with sour cream, lemon juice, mustard — it all depends on personal taste. There is plenty of room for imagination.
