Ingredients
- Chicken offal 45 oz
- Salt to taste
- Rice ½ glasses
- Parsley 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- Potato 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse 3 pounds or 2 pairs of goose giblets, season with salt, and boil until tender, skimming off any foam.
Step 2
Strain the broth, rinse the offal in hot water, and place them back in the pot.
Step 3
Add 1/2 cup of rice or pearl barley, 1 parsley root, 1 carrot, and 6 potatoes.
