  • Wheat Flour 10 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

In a deep bowl, combine the oat flakes, sugar, and salt.

Add the lightly beaten egg and milk. Mix well.

Add lemon juice and let it sit for 5–10 minutes.
