Ingredients
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes 15 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour the flakes or muesli with kefir and let it sit for 15 minutes. Beat the eggs, gradually add sugar, lightly salt, and mix with the swollen flakes. If the mixture is too liquid, add a little flour.
Step 2
Pour small portions of the liquid batter onto a frying pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve with sour cream or melted chocolate.
