- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Kefir 5 fl oz
- Cheese Spread 0 oz
- Spinach 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Activated Baking Soda a pinch
- Spices to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the spinach, lightly dry it, and chop finely. Sauté in a pan for 6–7 minutes without adding water, just with oil — spinach already contains enough water. Let the mixture cool.
Step 2
Grind the oat bran (for example, in a coffee grinder) and mix in a bowl with baking soda, egg, and kefir.
Step 3
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and mix it with the spinach, then add the resulting mixture to the dough.
Step 4
Add salt and spices, and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Divide the mixture into molds and bake at 355°F for about 25 minutes.
