  • Oat flakes 10 oz
  • Freeze-dried strawberry powder 5 oz
  • Honey 3 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin to taste
  • Butter ½ teaspoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pour kefir over the oats, pour boiling water over the strawberries, and let steep for 40 minutes. Then mix all the ingredients together.

Step 2

Grease a baking sheet with butter (or line it with parchment paper) and carefully spoon the cookies onto it.

Step 3

Bake at 180–390°F for 30 minutes. Let cool.
