Ingredients
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Water 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the oatmeal flakes in a blender until they reach a flour-like consistency.
Step 2
Bring the water and oil to a boil.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour with salt (you can also add a sugar substitute or any spices) to the boiling liquid, stirring for a couple of minutes until thickened.
Step 4
Let it cool slightly, then mix in the egg whites (or whole eggs, which will increase the calorie and fat content), and mix well by hand or with a mixer.
Step 5
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon the dough onto it, leaving space between each.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 15–30 minutes (until golden brown).
Step 7
Fill the finished eclairs with your favorite fruits, cottage cheese, yogurt, or ice cream.
