- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla extract ½ teaspoon
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Courgette 1 piece
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Ground Oats 1 cup
- Desiccated coconut 5 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Small Caramels 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar. Add the egg and vanilla, and mix well. Then add the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3
Next, fold in the grated zucchini, oats, raisins, shredded coconut, and caramels.
Step 4
Drop 1 teaspoon of dough onto a greased baking sheet, spaced 5 cm apart. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
