Ingredients
- Egg white 1 piece
- Sugar ½ cup
- Cotton Oil ½ cup
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Cinnamon ¼ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Oats 1¼ cups
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, corn oil, and both sugars until well combined.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Combine with the egg mixture. Then add the grated zucchini and oats. Mix well.
Step 4
Drop 1 teaspoon of dough onto a clean baking sheet, spaced 5 cm apart. Bake for 12 minutes until golden.
