  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sugar 5 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
  • Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped almonds 5 oz
  • Oat flakes 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Lightly toast the walnuts in the oven.

Step 2

Beat the butter and sugar until smooth, add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix again.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Step 4

Add the dry mixture to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until well combined. Then add the walnuts and oat flakes. Mix well.

Step 5

Form the cookies and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving 5 cm between each cookie.

Step 6

Bake the cookies for 15 minutes, until they are light golden at the edges but still soft and slightly moist in the center. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let cool.
