Description
It's better to use small flakes and raisins, as the cookies will turn out neater and more attractive. You can also add cinnamon if desired.

- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Hazelnut to taste
- Oat flakes 10 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless to taste
- Cognac 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the raisins in cognac overnight.
Step 2
Beat the butter with the sugars (brown and regular) using a mixer, add the egg, 3 tablespoons of water, 1 tablespoon of cognac, flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, flour, raisins, and nuts.
Step 3
Shape the cookies, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake at 355°F for about 15 minutes.
Step 4
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before removing them.
