Description
The amount of oats and flour is more of an approximation; you should adjust based on the consistency. In fact, you can even skip the flour, but in that case, add more oats, etc.

- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Honey to taste
- Hazelnut 0 oz
- Farm fresh eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder a pinch
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs with honey and chopped nuts.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes, flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the mixture, and stir well. The result should be a thick mass that can hold the shape of round cookies on the baking sheet.
Step 3
Shape the cookies and bake for 20 minutes at 355°F.
