- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Oat flakes 10 oz
- Honey to taste
- Raw cane sugar to taste
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
- Sunflower Seeds to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take rolled oats (not instant), place them in a container, pour in kefir (in this case, low-fat), and let them soak for half an hour to soften.
Step 2
After the time has elapsed, add honey, sugar, and cinnamon, and stir well. Then, add the seeds.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes at 180–390°F.
