
Oatmeal Cookies with Dates and Seeds

Description
These cookies turn out soft and tender. I divided the dough into two parts and added cocoa to one. Both versions are very tasty and nutritious!
Ingredients
- Dates 0 oz
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt 1 piece
- Cocoa Powder to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind 50 g of oats in a blender, add the seeds, the remaining oats, and the vanilla seeds.
Step 2
Remove the pits from the dates, chop them with one egg in a blender, and add to the oats. Then add the cottage cheese and another egg, and mix well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F, place spoonfuls of the cookie dough on a silicone mat, and bake for 20 minutes.
