Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Chopped almonds ½ cup
- Dried cranberries with sugar ½ cup
- Light Raisins, Seedless 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add flour with baking powder, oats, a pinch of salt, walnuts, raisins, and cranberries. Beat the egg into the mixture and mix well.
Step 2
Heat the juice of 1 lemon over low heat, add the zest, vanilla sugar, ginger, and cinnamon. Warm slightly.
Step 3
Stir the lemon juice into the oatmeal dough. Mix the mixture well again.
Step 4
Using a tablespoon, form balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the balls. The thickness of the cookies should be about 5 mm.
Step 5
Place the cookies in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20-25 minutes.
