- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Butter 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Sugar ½ cup
- Brown Sugar ½ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
- Almond ½ teaspoon
- Ground Oats 1 cup
- Mini Chocolate Chips 10 oz
- Ground dried cherries 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 320°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Step 2
Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into a bowl. Using a mixer, cream the softened butter with both sugars until smooth, then add the egg and both extracts. Fold in the flour mixture, oats, chocolate chips, cherries, and almonds.
Step 3
Drop 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie onto the baking sheets, leaving some space between them. Bake for 12 minutes, then rotate the baking sheet and bake for another 6 minutes. Cool on the sheets and transfer to a plate.
