Oatmeal Cookies with Candied Fruits

Description
You can use any flakes instead of oatmeal. I made them with wheat flakes — very delicious. You can also experiment with candied fruits and nuts — each time a new flavor.
Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Vanillin to taste
- Wheat Flour 1½ cups
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Oat flakes 10 oz
- Pineapple 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Toast the flakes in a pan until fragrant.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 3
Cream the softened butter with sugar.
Step 4
Gradually add the eggs to the butter.
Step 5
Mix the flour with baking powder, vanillin, cinnamon, and salt, then combine with the butter and eggs.
Step 6
Add the candied fruits, chopped nuts, and flakes to the dough, and mix well.
Step 7
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. They will spread, so leave space between them.
Step 8
Bake for 8–10 minutes.
