
Oatmeal Cookies with Banana and Nuts

Description
Cranberries and nuts to taste. You can substitute honey for sugar. I used Extra Clean Hercules oats.
Ingredients
- Hercules Oats 25 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Eggs 3 pieces
- Bananas 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a 200 g package of butter and melt it over low heat in a saucepan. Once the butter has melted, pour all the oats into the saucepan and mix well to ensure all the oats are coated. Let it sit for a few minutes.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with the sugar and pour them into the saucepan with the oats. Mix well.
Step 3
Blend the bananas into a puree. Fold the bananas into the oat mixture. Add cranberries and nuts to taste. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to infuse.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 5
Scoop the mixture onto parchment paper in the shape of cookies. Bake in the preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
