
Oatmeal Cookies with Almonds and Chocolate

Description
Almond meal can be successfully replaced with almond milk pulp. The cookies taste better warm.
Ingredients
- Almond ¾ cup
- Ground Oats ¾ cup
- Honey ½ tablespoon
- Beans 1 piece
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Vanillin a pinch
- 70% Dark Chocolate 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Blend the banana, honey, spices, and grated ginger into a paste.
Step 3
Mix the almond flour, quick oats, baking powder, and chopped chocolate (chocolate chips can be used).
Step 4
Add the banana mixture to the oatmeal mix, and drop small portions of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Bake for 20–25 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool on the baking sheet.
