Oatmeal cookies made from oats
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Oat flakes 2 glasses
- Brown Sugar ⅓ glasses
- Butter 5 oz
- Cinnamon to taste
- Baking Powder ¼ spoons
- Raisins to taste
- Almond 0 oz
- Vanilla salt ½ spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Grind the oats in a blender until they reach a coarse flour consistency.
Step 3
Add cinnamon and baking powder, and mix well.
Step 4
Whisk the egg with sugar.
Step 5
Add the softened butter and beat until smooth.
Step 6
Combine with oat flour and mix well.
Step 7
Add the ground nuts and raisins (not too finely) blended in a blender. Mix everything together.
Step 8
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the cookies by hand and place them on the baking sheet.
Step 9
Bake for 10 minutes.
