  • Raspberry gin 10 oz
  • Raspberry leaves 20 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Milk 0 fl oz
  • Ground Oats 10 oz
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Brown Sugar ½ cup
  • Coconut flakes 10 oz
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Powdered Sugar ½ cup

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Spread the coconut flakes on a baking sheet and lightly toast them in the oven. Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add finely chopped butter. Add the oats and coconut flakes. Mix well and spread on the baking sheet.

Step 2

Combine the raspberries, jam, and lemon zest. In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add the milk and beat thoroughly with a mixer.

Step 3

Pour the raspberry mixture over the dough and spread evenly. Top with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
