- Margarine 5 oz
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Vanilla salt 1 tablespoon
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Frozen black currant puree 10 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon

Step 1
Mix the oat flakes, flour, baking powder, and black currants.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, beat the egg with sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt, then add melted margarine and milk.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 4
Grease a baking dish with butter, transfer the dough into the dish, smooth it out, and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.

Bake for 40 minutes in an oven preheated to 355°F until ready.
