Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Oat flakes 5 oz
- Chopped almonds 5 oz
- Brown Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Butter 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Grease a baking sheet with butter (or line it with parchment paper). Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl, add the oat flakes, finely chopped hazelnuts, and sugar. Add the melted butter, beaten egg, and syrup (honey). Mix until smooth.
Step 2
With damp hands, shape round cookies about 7 cm in diameter and 1 cm thick. Place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack. Allow to cool completely.
