- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Water 5 fl oz
- Ground Oats 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Grind the oats in a blender until almost flour-like. In a large bowl, combine and mix with the flour, baking powder, and salt. Make a well in the center, pour in the oil and boiling water. Start mixing with a spoon, then knead with your hands. Divide into several parts. Roll out quite thinly (3–4 mm), cut into diamond shapes, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 5–10 minutes. The slices will brown faster on the bottom, while the top remains quite pale. It's important not to overbake.
